Radhika Merchant, a connoisseur of Bharatnatyam, is the daughter of Viren a Merchant, and CEO of Encore Healthcare. With a degree from New York University, she plays a pivotal role in her father’s pharmaceutical enterprise.

The nation was captivated by the wealthy pre-wedding spectacle of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, unfolding in the historic city of Jamnagar, Gujarat. Over three days, guests were treated to an exceptional culinary experience during Anant and Radhika’s pre-wedding celebrations.
As per reports, over 25 chefs flew from Indore to Jamnagar to manage the mega kitchen. The menu showcases spectacular pan-Asian cuisine, including Parsi, Thai, Mexican, and Japanese dishes, with a special focus on Indori cuisine. The catering staff considered the diners’ dietary requirements, guaranteeing a smooth and accommodating eating experience.
The three-day program promised culinary delight, offering guests the opportunity to savor more than 2500 distinctive dishes, with no repetition throughout the pre-wedding functions. Notably, there were over 70 breakfast options, over 250 choices for lunch and dinner, and special arrangements for vegetarian or vegan guests. Lastly, adding a unique touch, a midnight snack menu was served with around 85 varieties of delectable snacks, from midnight to 4 am.
In the scorching heat of Gujarat, guests were treated with refreshing and energizing welcomed drinks, including traditional Gujarati sweets. Drinks like aam panna and shikanji were part of the menu, which is perfect for quenching thirst on a sunny day. The sweet tray features Gujarati delicacies such as mohanthal, peda, churma ladoo, kesar peda, halwasan, surati khari, and pista mithai.
Additionally, sweet boxes were also gifted to guests bearing the initials of Anant and Radhika in Hindi, containing traditional Gujarati snacks like samosa, jalebi, dhokla, and gathiya namkeen. The snack box also included a vegetable sandwich with red chutney, a Panna drink, fresh apples, and packed Greek yogurt. These snack boxes and refreshing drinks were placed in vehicles that were used to transport guests from the airport to the venue.
More than a thousand VIPs and celebrities from across the globe had received invitations to the grand pre-wedding extravaganza of Anant Ambani, the youngest son of billionaire Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant, the daughter of noted industrialist Viren Merchant.
